Happier times at lunch today - Lily LOVES her girlie things. We put on a little dress today and she keeps checking herself out in a mirror. She loves her baby and barbie too.
She then went down for a good nap. I
put her in bed and she rolled over and fell asleep for 2 hours.
OMG Penny, she REALLY is gorgeous! Just look at that smile! You must be sooooo tired with everything you are all going through. Sleep well and I pray the smiles keep coming and the tears less and less. I know I keep saying it, but again, I am so incredibly happy for you.

She's beautiful!! Love her smile! I think that will be the "daddy can I have a pony?" look that she's going to flash you guys all time! The picture of her sleeping is the sweetest thing ever. She like to nap just like her Auntie Sherie :)

ReplyDeleteShe is adorable!! Her smile is infectious and brought tears to my eyes. Luke and I cant even imagine what you guys must be feeling but we are SOOOOO happy for you. The kids pray every day that Lily wont be scared when she comes to Canada and that she feels our love.

Lily's "birth" into your family will have parallel experiences if you really think about it. When Ethan and Dillan arrived, I'm sure they were screaming their heads off. It was a relief to hear them cry because it was a sign that they were healthy. Her tears and cries do make our hearts ache but they are a sign that she is healthy. Her smile is amazing!
